NICIT is set up as a hi-tech training institution with this above vision and intend to provide the excellent education and training for the upcoming professionals in Communication and Information Technology NICIT has a wide range of programmes and activities. This has been designed to provide adequate knowledge and skills to those who attend the course and undergo the training to face the challenges in the global world. In-Plant training is a training programme at the end of one’s Bachelor’s / Diploma courses in a reputed company for 4-6 months so that the students get an opportunity to explore their career field and experience real work situations and gain future employment contacts by networking with potential employers. In-plant training is very crucial and important period in your educational life. So this training should be in such a way that it ensures a strong and firm base of knowledge and skills which will decide your bright future. At NICIT In-plant training is provided with special emphasis on ACADEMICS: Any practical or project work should have a strong theoretical base. So the project works carried out during In-plant training is supported with the academic base which proves to be supportive in carrying out any practical or project work. PRACTICALS/PROJECTS: Practical and project works are carried out on latest advanced technology which helps the students to excel in their careers. NICIT in association with MCBS has been providing training to B.E./Diploma students for the past 10 years. More than 2000 students of B.E./M.E./M.B.A./M.C.A./Diploma & ITI have taken benefits of this programme. MCBS provides training to more than 100 students every year.
